Cancellation Policy
*Prior to booking an appointment we ask that all clients carefully read all information. Once you have booked an appointment you are agreeing to our terms a policies.
•DEPOSIT: All appointments are reserved with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of your total amount at the time of scheduling.
•PAYMENTS: Your remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. CASH payments are preferred but we also take ZELLE and CASHAPP.
•RESCHEDULING: In the event that you wish to reschedule you must contact us via DM or CALL within 48 hours (2 days) or your deposit will be FORFEITED.
•CANCELLATIONS: If you are not able to make your appointment we kindly ask that you extend us the courtesy of letting us know at least 24 hours (1 day) and will result in a 100% charge for your no-show and a new deposit will be taken if you are considering rescheduling.
•LATE POLICY: To ensure the quality of your appointment we ask that you arrive on time, more than 10 min late will result in a $10 fee, or the cancellation of your appointment. Deposit will not be forfeited.
